By using this website or booking services with Sol Serene Massage & Lymphatics, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services Offered
Sol Serene Massage & Lymphatics provides therapeutic bodywork services including massage, post-operative manual lymphatic drainage, and related wellness modalities. Services are by appointment only and provided by a licensed massage therapist.
3. Health, Safety, Scope of Practice & Medical Disclaimer
Our services are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. You must consult a physician for any medical conditions. It is your responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, injuries, and allergies prior to your session. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if we believe massage is contraindicated.

4. Post-Operative Health, Safety, Scope of Practice and Medical Disclaimer
For clients seeking post-operative Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) within The Lunar Lab™, strictly enforced clinical protocols apply. All post-operative services require a specialized medical intake form detailing precise surgical dates, procedures, and current recovery status (including the presence of active drains, sutures, or incisions).

Sol Serene Massage & Lymphatics specialize entirely in non-invasive, closed-skin fluid management. Under no circumstances do we remove surgical drains, manipulate active incisions, or forcefully extrude fluid out of the body through incision sites. All invasive wound care and drain management must be handled exclusively by your operating surgeon or a licensed medical nurse.

To ensure safety a comprehensive virtual or in-person consultation is mandatory prior to your first session. We reserve the right to modify, delay, or refuse treatment based on our in-person clinical assessment of your immediate surgical recovery stage. Post-operative MLD is a supportive recovery therapy designed to manage fluid retention and fibrosis; it is not a substitute for surgical care and does not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate health and personal information before receiving any bodywork services

Arrive on time for scheduled appointments

Give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

Communicate openly about any discomfort or concerns during a session
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or fails to comply with these terms.
6. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment change

Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notification may result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Repeat cancellations or no-shows may result in a denial of future services.
7. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment methods.

No refunds will be issued for completed services.

Prepaid sessions/packages are non-refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of the business owner.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, images, graphics, logo, etc.) is the property of Sol Serene Massage & Lymphatics and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to damage, disable, or disrupt the site or access information not intended for you.
