Sanctuary Policies: What You Need To Know
The Sol Serene Standard
Sol Serene was designed as an intentional departure from external pressures. To protect the peace of the space and the integrity of your session, we ask that all clients observe the following sanctuary policies and standards.
guest Qualifications
To maintain the safety, comfort, and clinical integrity of our therapeutic environment, all guests visiting the Solar Sanctuary or Lunar Lab must be at least 18 years of age. Additionally, clients must be free from any acute medical contraindications that would render manual therapy or lymphatic drainage unsafe or inadvisable. Due to the exclusive nature of our studio, only the guest receiving the service is permitted within the sanctuary room, unless an accommodation is required.
Hygiene and Cleanliness
To ensure the comfort and health of our community, we kindly ask that you arrive for your session with appropriate personal hygiene. Please refrain from wearing strong fragrances, such as perfumes, colognes, or scented body products, and avoid arriving with smoke or other lingering odors, as these can affect the sensitive environment of our Sanctuary.Â

Guests who arrive with strong odors, or in a condition that prevents us from safely or comfortably providing your treatment, may be asked to reschedule. Should an appointment need to be ended or moved due to these standards, our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies will apply. We maintain rigorous cleaning, sanitation, and room-preparation protocols between every session to ensure that your experience at Sol Serene remains a clean and peaceful retreat.
The Unhurried Arrival
Profound physical reset cannot happen in a state of rush. Please arrive exactly 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session. This allows you time to utilize the restroom, transition out of your day, and discuss your focus areas without cutting into your manual therapy. Because our scheduling is highly deliberate, late arrivals will result in a modified session length to respect the boundary of the next client.
Digital Disconnect
The Solar Sanctuary and Lunar Lab are zones of absolute digital silence. Upon entering the sanctuary, please switch all mobile devices and smartwatches to "Do Not Disturb." The heavy decompression of your nervous system requires a complete separation from external notifications.
The Soundscape & Communication
This space honors the necessity of quiet. While full silence is always welcomed and encouraged to allow your mind to power down, your physical comfort is our absolute priority. Please always communicate if the temperature, pressure, or music volume needs adjustment. You are the final authority on your body.
The Gratuity-Free Standard
Sol Serene operates as an exclusive, gratuity-free practice. The price listed on our menu is the absolute final investment for your session. We believe that clinical, high-level somatic therapy should not rely on tipping to validate its worth. Your return presence and referrals to The Constellation are the highest compliments we can receive.
Sickness & Stagnation
Manual bodywork and lymphatic drainage heavily stimulate the circulatory and immune systems. If you are experiencing active symptoms of illness, fever, or infection, receiving bodywork will aggressively worsen your symptoms. Please respect the health of your practitioner and the sanctuary by rescheduling your session.
The 24-Hour BoundaryÂ
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. While your card information is captured to secure your spot, you are not charged at the time of booking. To ensure we can accommodate other clients and manage our calendar effectively, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Fees:

24 to 12 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this window will incur a 50% fee, charged to the card on file.
Under 12 Hours Notice & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments without prior communication, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.Â

This policy is designed to respect the time of our practitioners and the availability for all members of our community. By maintaining these boundaries, we are able to provide every guest with the dedicated, undisturbed attention they deserve. Professional Boundaries & Zero Tolerance
Sol Serene Massage & Lymphatics is a strictly therapeutic and clinical practice. We enforce an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate conduct, harassment, or sexual advances of any kind. Any such behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, a charge for the full scheduled service amount to the card on file, and a permanent ban from the practice. If necessary, local law enforcement will be contacted.
To avoid staining, please avoid wearing delicate or easily stained fabrics (such as raw silk) to your appointment.
Material
To fully honor the physical decompression of your session, we highly encourage arriving in loose, unrestrictive clothing. Deep structural bodywork and intense nervous system regulation should not be immediately followed by the compression of rigid garments.
Apparel
A dedicated jewelry dish is provided within the suite to safely hold your jewelry, timepieces, and personal effects while you disconnect.
In-Session accomodations
Because we utilize elemental therapies, botanical oils, and rich transdermal magnesium please arrive dressed appropriately.
